We lead you through the
pre-construction phase to assist you in achieving a cost effective solution that
suits your lifestyle and budget. We help you select your
inclusions and colour schedules, project specifications and tender ready
documentation. We then arrange independent and
competitive building quotes for you from several of our pre-selected
builders. This method saves you thousands of dollars as you take
advantage of the many services we have to offer.
We remain at your side to oversee the building contract
to ensure it is fair and that you clearly understand exactly what you are getting for your
money. We provide pre-hand over inspections to ensure
the finished quality is what should be expected and to identify any items that
may require correction. HBAS even help you with moving. We have
leading furniture removalists and cleaners on hand to take the stress out
of moving day and our suppliers all offer special deals
to HBAS clients.
