HBAS
builders all use either standard HIA or Master Builders contracts.
These are easy to read and understand. They are written in plain
English and are approved by the Law Institute of Australia.
All
HBAS contracts are guaranteed fixed price. This means that unless
you physically change something during construction, you price will not
alter by a cent.
HBAS builders
also offer
performance guarantees regarding guaranteed start and completion
time. HBAS ensure the contract reflects these time schedules and
that all inclusions for the works are part of the agreement. HBAS
oversee the terms and conditions of the contract on behalf of our clients
to ensure they are fair to all concerned.
In
the highly unlikely event that a disagreement arises between our client
and their chosen builder, HBAS will act as an unbiased third party to
assist in resolving the disagreement before it becomes a major dispute.
This
